Melissa Beasley was born in Elizabeth, NJ and attended high school in Clayton, AL. She relocated to Biloxi, MS. Melissa comes from a background of 29 years in personnel and healthcare administration and brings strong work ethic, impeccable communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to help people meet their goals to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Melissa Beasley attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an AAS in Personnel Administration, Troy State University of Montgomery and earned a BS in Resource Management, and Webster University and earned an MBA with emphasis in Human Resource Management. Her skills in critical thinking, negotiation, and financial management give her a unique insight into how to bargain and protect clients, find the best deal and market properties.

Melissa Beasley is currently serving in the Air Force and has been deployed to Afghanistan and the COVID-19 response in Baton Rouge. Melissa was honored with the following for her service: Air Force Meritorious Service Medal (3), Army Commendation Medal (2), Air Force Commendation Medal (7), Air Force Achievement Medal (2), Armed Forces Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (3). Melissa learned the skills in leadership, teamwork, organization unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in her Real Estate career to serve sellers and buyers.

Melissa Beasley entered the Real Estate world in order to manage her own work allowing her the flexibility to determine her own schedule and to be in control of her successes or failures. She is excited by constantly learning new things and the personal fulfillment of helping families own their homes thus, realizing their dreams.

Melissa Beasley is married and lives in Biloxi, MS with her spouse. She spends her free time traveling, tasting local foods, and attending sporting, musical and theatrical events.
